Inside Sales Representative (Order Desk)
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You’ll start on the order desk, handling inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with showroom merchandising. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our product lines and business operations, laying the foundation for future growth into an Account Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries.
- Advise customers on product usage, maintenance, and specialized services.
- Manage computerized inventory and order processing systems.
- Maintain current sales accounts while actively pursuing new business.
- Support the Outside Sales/Account Managers by sourcing and preparing quotes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing support and consultation.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
