Take charge of service operations as a Warranty Administrator at Equipment World!

Do you have service department experience? Enjoy managing workflows, and keeping operations running smoothly by assisting with important manufactures warranty administration? Equipment World is hiring a Warranty Administrator / Service Writer to play a central role in our Service Administration Team and deliver exceptional service. Experience with warranty administration is a strong asset.

Your Role:

• Act as the key link between customers, technicians, Parts, and Rentals
• Schedule and coordinate mechanic warranty assignments and work flow of same
• Oversee warranty claims, work orders, and service documentation
• Assist with monitoring safety certificates, preventative maintenance programs, and inspection records to fulfill warranty expectations
• Manage warranty guidelines, abide by time frames, and utilize vender portals for effecient completion
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to maintain procedures, safety standards, and workflow effectiveness

What You Bring:

• Required: Experience in service departments, mechanical work, or industrial/equipment supply
• Preferred: Experience in the equipment industry
• Warranty administration experience is a strong asset
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications (SAGE is a plus)
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a dedication to quality service
