Rental Coordinator

Equipment World - Sault Ste. Marie is seeking an active, hard-working individual to join our TEAM as a Rental Coordinator. This role will be overseeing the Rentals Warehouse operations while providing great customer service to our customers/clients.
Duties of this position include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting customers with reservations via phone, e-mail and in-person
- Assessing customer needs and making appropriate recommendations
- Managing customer contracts/ invoices through the SIRIUS software, outlook etc.
- Coordinating the yard equipment to ensure rental readiness
- Completing equipment inspections for check-ins/outs
- Learning different product lines to assist customers with rental inquiries
- Troubleshooting and providing outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will be organized, mechanically inclined and enjoy working with heavy equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Education: AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
