What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Estimating & Cost Analysis – Prepare accurate cost estimates, conduct take-offs, and analyze expenses for materials, labor, and equipment.
🔹 Bidding & Tendering – Review new projects, analyze tender documents, and negotiate bids with contractors.
🔹 Design & Layouts – Use AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software to create layouts for internal teams and customers.
🔹 Project Management – Oversee supply and installation projects, coordinate materials, and ensure deadlines are met.
🔹 Collaboration & Sales Support – Work closely with outside sales and our order desk team to provide detailed quotes for large industrial solutions.
🔹 On-Site Experience – Occasionally assist with product installations and gain first-hand knowledge of our innovative solutions in action.
What You Bring to the Table
✔ 2+ years of experience in estimating, take-offs, and technical project management.
✔ Technical aptitude and hands-on experience in construction or industrial environments.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design programs.
✔ Post-secondary education in drafting, engineering, technical trades, or a related field.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to tackle new challenges head-on!
