Simple Pin Hook Mounting System
The KURSK mounts on the rear pin of the forklift and doesn’t interfere with exhaust even if the exhaust on your forklift is vented through the pin slot.
No modifications to your forklift are necessary to mount the KURSK. The KURSK ONLY uses the existing pin on your forklift for mounting. You don’t have to modify, weld on or drill into your forklift to mount the KURSK. Simple!!
The KURSK can be mounted to a wide array of forklifts of many sizes and shapes. (see FIT guidelines for easy steps how to verify if the KURSK will fit your lift truck)
Continuous adjustment system allows precise sweeping height adjustment instead of fixed sweeping height positions so that you can fine tune the sweeping height to best suit your job site conditions.
The KURSK adds only 2.25” inches to the rear profile of your forklift.
Designed specifically to pick up tramp ferrous metal debris such as nails, screws, bits of wire, bolts, nuts, tools, and discarded pieces from fabrication activities.
Allows continuous clean up of metal debris while doing other work to eliminate labor costs of tramp metal cleanup.

Compact Size
The KURSK has a super slim compact design that adds only 2 ¼” inches to the overall length and profile of your forklift so it doesn’t interfere with forklift operations in confined spaces. For further information see the CAD section for CAD drawings showing the overall dimensions of the KURSK.
The KURSK is available in 1 magnet size only!
The Kursk only comes in one 20” magnet size. It was specifically kept to just one size because the KURSK hangs straight down from the back of the forklift and is NOT tucked under the rear counterweight of the forklift like the NAOS is, therefore to ensure the magnet does not stick out too far in the rear corners of the forklift, the magnet width was purposely kept at one smaller 20” size.
Because the Kursk doesn’t attempt mounting under the rear counterweight and because of the adjustability of the mounting frame, the Kursk is almost guaranteed to fit the majority of forklifts out there and fitting is easy.

Continuous Sweeping Height Adjustment Feature
KURSK Magnet Sweeping Height Adjustment Feature”
Clamping system design allows continuous sweeping height adjustment with no predefined positions allowing you to precisely set the sweeping height to best suit your job site conditions.
Setting a Precise Sweeping Height is Easy
To adjust the sweeping height of the magnet simply loosen the 3/8” inch steel hex bolts on each side of the Kursk, you can then move the steel sliders up or down to precisely set your desired sweeping height.
Magnet Pivot Feature
The KURSK magnet can also pivot and swing backward or forward out of the way if it hits something occasionally on the ground because of the chain link mounting system.
It isn’t a guarantee of no damages if you hit something, but it eliminates damages in most circumstances where the magnet hits something.
KURSK Gauss Measurements
The KURSK uses permanently charged grade C8 magnets that will never need to be recharged. Power will never decrease, ensuring years of use.
Pickup Performance
The KURSK will pick up a 2.5” nail when the bottom of the magnet is 4.25” off the ground providing plenty of pickup power performance in dirt and gravel and when operating on moving forklifts. To maximize performance we recommend setting sweeping height at 2” inches in most situations.
Permanently Charged Grade C8 Magnets
The KURSK uses permanently charged grade C8 magnets that will never need to be recharged. Power will never decrease, ensuring years of use.
The Kursk magnet is completely enclosed within the 1 ½” inch high x 3” inch wide x 20” long aluminum magnet housing. The magnet inside the housing is 1” inch high x 2 ½” inch wide unspaced but is 1” from each end of the magnet housing to allow for the housing end caps.

Eliminate Flat Tires
The KURSK was designed specifically to pick up and remove debris that causes flat tires such as nails, screws, wire, discarded pieces of metal from fabrication activities, bolts, nuts, pins, screw drivers, wrenches, etc.
The KURSK allows you to clean up metal debris as other normal activities are carried out without adding more labor costs to do it because the magnet is picking up debris as the forklift does normal activities.
By eliminating the labor costs of solving the flat tire problem, the payback period of investing in the KURSK magnetic sweeper is very short. You only have to prevent one or two flat tires and the Kursk has paid for itself in terms of out of pocket costs of fixing flat tires, but also in terms of lost productivity and schedule disruptions that affect revenue generation in many cases.
The KURSK is easy to install and setup on any forklift in only a few minutes.
Any facility experiencing flat tires that has a forklift covering the area could use a KURSK to reduce flat tires.
