Service Writer position will assist the Service Manager in maintaining equipment files, inspections forms, and other paperwork. Individual will be required to enter and complete work order repairs with Sage accounting software. Other tasks will include tracking of preventative maintenance services and maintaining data base for equipment specs. Individual must have interpersonal skills to deal with customers, mechanical team and peers with parts dept. Experience with Microsoft Office is required as well as experience within the mechanical field or related.
