Features and Benefits

GSS Hinges are heavy chrome plated non-ferrous alloy castings with a mirror bright finish and gently rounded edges. Inside each wrap around unit is a smooth acting hard nylon pin and precision molded bushing, adjustable to provide door openings of 0, 10, 20 ,or 30 degrees.

A unique advantage is the symmetrical hinge position on the compartment doors. Our pilasters can be reversed top and bottom or mounted on the left or right hand side. And no matter how it is installed, the door/pilaster gap is minimized.

GSS Doors are locked with a side latch on both barrier free and regular stalls. The chrome plated latch blends perfectly with contemporary architecture. The design of the bumpers allows for emergency access to all stalls.

The edges of GSS panels, doors and pilasters are snap locked together along their entire length for a smooth double thick edge design that resists compression damage or separation and providesan integral hygienic surface. Tough Impact Resistance and Rigidity is achieved by brazing the corners of the doors, panels and pilasters for additional strength and by laminating under pressure the honeycomb core to both inside surfaces of the steel sheets.

The headrail has a unique cap style, anti-grip shape made of extruded aluminum anodized bright silver. Safe but uninviting, it provides privacy protection without being obvious.

The GSS door has the standard honeycomb reinforcement.

PLUS - a solid particle board reinforcementdown the full length of the hinge side.
PLUS - a solid piece of structural honeycomb.
PLUS - a solid piece of particle board where the latch is located.

Our 3 Styles include:

	Epic - Overhead Braced This is the toughest full service restroom installation you can buy, designed for extremely heavy duty use. The Epic is braced along the top of the pilaster with a cap style aluminum headrail and at the foot of each pilaster with a recessed floor channel. Itis our most popular compartment. The Epic provides outstanding performance for industries, public facilities and schools where maximum effectiveness is demanded.
	Medallion - Floor Mounted When it comes to prestige locations, the choice is Medallion. These compartments are floor braced with arc welded 12 gauge steelfor secure support at the pilaster. This provides a clean, modern look that compliments design elements in office towers, clubs and other quality structures and facilities.
	Citation - Ceiling Hung Citation compartments seem to float on air. These stylistically pleasing compartments are ceiling braced with arc welded 12 gaugesteel for secure support. Citation is ideal for applications where visual security and ease of cleaning are a top priority.
