CENTENNIAL CANTILEVER RACKING

Sudbury's Equipment World team of installation professionals custom designed and installed a Cantilever Rack System with Guide Rail provided by Centennial Racking in December 2007.

270 feet of single sided cantilever shelving and 85 feet of double cantilever shelving was installed.  This system is intended for use with a Raymond order picker and utilizes a Guide Rail.  The combination of a guided rail system and Raymond picker allows for orders to be easily picked from the side of the unit which limits the amount of isle space required for the system.

This racking system was designed to help the company get the most effective use of the space available.  This system allows them to fit approximately 6 times the amount of product in the existing space.
